Four Seasons of School Culture Summer 2019 ONE DAY Training:

Four Seasons of School Culture Training will take place on Saturday, June 22nd in Tulare, CA.  This training is open to all advisors, administrators and student leaders who are ready to take their leadership programs to the next level.

• Participants will receive a training handbook
• Light Breakfast and Lunch will be provided

Full day training will cover the following topics:

• Creating your own Foundational Pyramid based on the Four Seasons of School Culture
• Creating Daily Themes to help with productivity
• 9 Types of Leaders Assessment and Discussion
• S.O.D.A. Team Assessment (How to find the right leaders?)
• S.O.D.A. Pyramid and Cycle
• Creating Signature Events & Celebrating Each Season
• Leadership Development (Focus on the Root then the Fruit)
• Painting Your Leadership Canvas
