Four Seasons of School Culture is a practical framework for building intentional, sustainable school culture through leadership.
It’s built on the belief that culture isn’t created through isolated events, but through consistent systems over time. By organizing the school year into four seasons — Start, Spirit, Serve, and Shine — schools gain clarity around when to focus their efforts and why they matter.
The framework is supported by two complementary models: the Student Leadership Success Pyramid, which brings structure to student leadership development, and the D.R.E.A.M. School Culture Framework, which helps schools intentionally shape shared beliefs, expectations, and behaviors.
Together, they help schools build culture with intention and purpose.
